ResolveKit

About

Why we built ResolveKit

Support is broken. Not because teams lack tools — but because the wrong tools live in the wrong places. Users get stuck inside your product, then have to leave it to find help. Support teams inherit tickets that could have been resolved upstream. And everyone loses context in the handoff.

We built ResolveKit because we believe the best support happens inside the product, at the exact moment a user is confused. Not in a help center tab. Not in a ticket queue. In the same screen where the problem exists.

But putting an AI agent in your product is not enough. It needs product context. It needs approval boundaries so it cannot do dangerous things blindly. It needs operator-visible traces so teams can trust what it did. And it should be open source, so you can inspect, modify, and self-host it.

ResolveKit is our answer to all of that: an open-source SDK that embeds a product-aware support agent in your iOS or Android app, with approvals, traces, and centralized policy control.

Our principles

Open source first

The SDK is AGPL-licensed so you can audit, fork, and self-host. No black boxes.

Context over content

The agent understands the user's product moment, not just their typed question.

Control by default

Approvals, policies, and trace logs are built into the system from day one.

Resolution, not deflection

The goal is to help users move forward, not just give them a link to read.

Get started

ResolveKit is open source and free to start with. Ship it in one flow and expand from there.
